We have received thousands of testimonials of how this app changed people's lives. 

The app is designed to contain meditations, soothing music , bedtime stories, audio or video talks, exercises and masterclasses on most of the challenges that people face in life. 

All content is audio or video, primarily streamed. Users can listen to content offline within the app but cannot copy it for use outside the app. Once we remove it from the app, the downloaded content is erased. A certain % of the app content is available to everyone while the vast majority is reserved to premium members who pay a subscription fee.

Our main program is created and recorded by meditation coach Lynne Goldberg who is also a cofounder of the app. We are now planning to add content from a curated group of guest teachers/coaches, in order to provide expertise in different fields and diversity to our users. 

Keeping the high quality standard that our audience expects from our app is essential. To be considered, content needs to be already recorded in very good audio or video quality, and not be available for free on Youtube or any other high profile platform. As this app is intended for a wide audience, we avoid proposing content that is too esoteric or referring too specifically to a specific religion.
