Purchasing royalty free music downloads from us is a piece of cake!
The following information simply highlights a few points that will make your experience of our website as smooth as possible.
Browsing music and saving your favourites
Browsing is easy. Simply click the play button to listen to previews, and click the heart icon to add tracks to your favourites. You can save your favourites permanently by creating a free account with us (more on that in a minute).
Downloading music samples
Want to test how our music sounds in a project you are working on? No problem. You can download samples of our music to your computer in the following way:
(a) Right click on a music sample icon.
(b) Select "Save As" or "Save Link As" or "Download Linked File As" (this will vary depending on which internet browser you are using).
(c) Then choose a location on your computer to save the file.
Choose your currency
You will find a currency selector at the very top our website. Use this selector to display our prices in the currency you prefer.
To keep things nice and simple, all our prices include a one-time licensee fee. In other words, once you purchase music from us you will never have to pay any other fees ever again. You can use the music forever in all the ways that our music license allows.
How to get a discount
Good news - discounts are applied automatically to any purchase you make that exceeds $200 USD (or an equivalent amount in your currency).
Spend $200 or more - 10% discount
Spend $400 or more - 15% discount
Spend $800 or more - 20% discount
Spend $1600 or more - 30% discount
Purchasing in a currency other than USD? No problem. Our discounts are calculated in USD, but they are applied no matter what currency you choose. So for example, USD $500 is roughly equivalent to GBP £330. Either amount in your cart would yield a 15% discount.
Please note that the above discounts are based on the value of each individual order you place. They are not based on the accumulative total of multiple orders placed over time.
Creating your Account
An account will automatically be created for you when you make a purchase, it's that easy. You can then log in with your username and password at any time to explore your favourites or re-download any music you purchase.
When you are ready to checkout, simply click the checkout link on the top right of your screen. You can pay with your credit card, debit card or PayPal account.
Downloading your music
You will be able to download your music immediately after payment and you can download it as many times as you like by logging in to your account and visiting your "My Music" page.
Music file formats
For your convenience, you will receive your music in two formats:
1. Uncompressed WAV files, 16-bit / 44.1 kHz. These are equivalent to CD quality sound and are perfect for use in all kinds of studio recordings, CD and video productions.
2. 320 kbps MP3 files. This file type uses much less space than WAV files and are perfect for adding to your iTunes library or portable media player.
Both of these formats are high quality. Both are compatible with Macintosh and PC and both can be used to burn CDs.
Please Note: These audio files are compressed into zip files to ensure complete download delivery. Simply double-click the zip file to open it and reveal the WAV & MP3 files inside.
Proving your right to use our music
Sometimes people ask us, "How can I prove that I have the legal right to use your music in my project?" The answer is simple. All you will need are the following two documents:
(a) A copy of your invoice. This will be permanently available to you via the "Order History" page in your account, and
(b) A copy of our music license agreement. This is readily downloadable in PDF format from our music license page.
