This surely must be one of the most delicate and gently uplifting compositions I have ever created. It’s also one of those compositions that I can listen to years after completing it, and still get tingles.
I love the fact that there is such a sense of space in this music, and lightness too. Quite often when I am composing music for stress-relief, I utilise lower tones and soft, deep atmospheres in order to induce a sense of weight, warmth and drowsiness. Floating exemplifies a completely different approach. It’s very light and fresh, and yet it still offers a tremendous stress relief experience for the listener.
This is one of those compositions that “just works” in any kind of recording project you can imagine. Every recording or video you use it in, will instantly gain a delightfully soothing atmosphere that your listeners will remember and thank you for.
